Extended Description
We are a small family farm providing excellent tasting pork cuts and savory sausages. What started out as father & son hobby business has now grown to a whole family venture. We raise our pork locally and humanely on our family farm east of Springfield in the McKenzie Valley. We raise Yorkshire, Hampshire & Duroc Crosses. These give just the right amount of fat content for flavor and tenderness. Our pigs are raised in a natural setting and are not given growth supplements, hormones or antibiotics. Our feed contains no GMOs.
