Extended Description
We specialize in rare heirloom tomatoes, beans, and squash, and save seeds through traditional fermentation methods. All of our breeds are listed as critically endangered by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy and are well deserving of re-popularization. Cow shares are now available from our grass-fed Dutch Belted milk cow named Sundae! This milk is rich in protein and easy to digest. Our Animal Welfare Approved certification clearly represents our farm's values and standards. We have expanded our hatchery to enable us to supply farms and families with Ancona ducklings, Delaware chicks, and adolescent breeding stock as well as the most nutritious duck and chicken eggs and meat available.
